Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to the website and digital fitness products provided by ANTI TRAINER LIMITED, Business Registration No. 80950837, Hong Kong SAR.
1. Acceptance
By using this website or ordering a digital product, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service or place an order.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision required by the law that applies to you, and have legal capacity to enter into a contract.
3. Digital products
Product descriptions state the program focus, intended level, format and price. Access is delivered electronically after an order is confirmed. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a purchase grants one customer a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the materials.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Any applicable taxes, currency conversion fees or payment-provider charges may be shown before payment. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and access instructions are issued.
5. Permitted use
You may use the materials for your personal training. You may not copy, resell, publish, share account access, distribute, modify for commercial use or make the materials available to another person without written permission.
6. Health and safety
The programs provide general educational fitness information and are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Exercise involves risk. Stop if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or other concerning symptoms, and seek appropriate professional help. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting if you have an injury, medical condition, pregnancy or any doubt about your ability to exercise safely.
7. Availability and changes
We use reasonable care to keep the website and purchased content available. Maintenance, security issues or events outside our control may cause interruption. We may make reasonable updates that do not materially reduce the purchased product.
8. Refunds and returns
Refund and remedy requests are handled under our Refund & Return Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply. The website currently supplies digital products only, so no physical return shipment is required.
9. Intellectual property
The website, brand elements, text, program structure, graphics, video and other materials are owned by or licensed to ANTI TRAINER LIMITED and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, ANTI TRAINER LIMITED is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability relating to a purchased product is limited to the amount paid for that product.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer's place of residence. The parties should first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith written communication.
