Refund & Return Policy
This Policy applies to digital fitness programs and educational materials sold by ANTI TRAINER LIMITED, Business Registration No. 80950837, Hong Kong SAR. We do not sell or ship physical goods through this website.
1. Request window
You may submit a refund or remedy request within 30 calendar days after purchase. Contact [email protected] and include your name, order reference, purchase date, selected product and a short explanation of the issue.
2. Non-delivery and defects
If paid access is not delivered within the stated delivery period, or the supplied digital files are materially defective or substantially different from the product description, we will first try to provide access, replace the affected material or correct the issue. If this is not possible within a reasonable time, an eligible refund will be issued.
3. Change-of-mind requests
Because digital content can be accessed immediately, change-of-mind refunds may be limited after access, viewing or downloading has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where access has not begun, a cancellation request made within the request window will be considered promptly.
4. Eligibility limits
A request may be declined where the product was delivered as described and used extensively, the request is outside the stated period, the customer breached the Terms of Service, the issue results from incompatible equipment that was clearly disclosed, or there is evidence of abuse or unauthorized distribution. These limits do not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
5. Processing
We normally acknowledge a complete request within five business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Banks and payment providers may need additional time to display the credit, and currency or third-party fees may be handled under their own rules.
6. Physical returns
No physical return is required because the products described on this website are delivered digitally. If physical goods are introduced in the future, a separate return procedure will be published before sale.
